📋 Description

• Provide administrative customer service assistance to claimants, providers, and claims management • Receive and enter new ancillary healthcare referrals • Provide telephonic and written customer service to inbound and outbound customers • Handle inbound phone calls in a high-volume intake/triage environment • Process electronic referrals • Accurately document information and navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously • Provide quality customer service in an inbound and outbound high-volume call-center environment • Complete accurate data entry and review • Learn and operate corporate proprietary systems • Enter electronic orders received through email, fax, or data feed into the coordination system • Ensure all case stakeholders are updated regularly • Transcribe correspondence and reports from dictation • Use problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address scheduling challenges and avoid appointment delays • Meet departmental production and quality performance expectations • Work Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–9:30 PM EST; final shift assignment based on business needs • Perform additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma • Prior work experience in a detail-oriented customer service environment • Ability to work on several concurrent tasks and prioritize workload to meet designated deadlines • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude • Ability to utilize Microsoft Office and proprietary systems • Strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills • Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during complex telephonic conversations • Ability to work independently and within a team environment • Must live and work in the Central or Eastern Time Zone • Wired modem connection to a broadband internet network with minimum bandwidth of at least 3 Mbps
