📋 Description

• Manage and monitor personal injury insurance claims from initial filing through resolution • Communicate with insurance adjusters, attorneys, clients, medical providers, and other involved parties • Review claim information, supporting documentation, medical records, bills, and insurance correspondence • Follow up with insurance companies regarding claim status, liability, coverage, and settlement negotiations • Maintain accurate and up-to-date claim notes and documentation • Identify missing information or documentation needed to move claims forward • Track claim deadlines, follow-ups, and important case updates • Assist with evaluating claims and preparing information for settlement negotiations • Escalate issues or delays to the appropriate attorney or supervisor • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client and case information professionally • Manage multiple personal injury claims while meeting productivity and quality expectations

🎯 Requirements

• Must have previous personal injury experience • Must have previous insurance claims experience • Previous experience working with personal injury law firms is strongly preferred • Experience communicating with insurance adjusters is required • Strong understanding of the personal injury claims process • Experience reviewing medical records, bills, claim documentation, and insurance correspondence • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Excellent organization and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple cases and follow up consistently • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Must be located outside of the United States • Must have reliable internet and your own computer/equipment • Ability to work U.S. business hours as required by the position
