📋 Description

• Assist attorneys with the day-to-day management of personal injury litigation cases • Draft, prepare, and format pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and other legal documents • File legal documents with state and federal courts, including electronic filing where applicable • Maintain and organize electronic case files, ensuring all documents are accurate and up to date • Monitor court deadlines, hearings, depositions, mediations, and other important litigation dates • Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, medical providers, experts, and other third parties • Assist with all phases of discovery, including preparing responses, organizing records, and managing document production • Prepare case summaries, chronologies, trial binders, and other litigation support materials • Conduct legal and factual research as directed by attorneys • Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys and the legal team

🎯 Requirements

• Must be located outside of the United States (international candidates only) • Previous experience as a Litigation Assistant, Legal Assistant, or Paralegal is required • Experience working in a U.S. law firm supporting litigation matters • Strong understanding of litigation procedures, court rules, deadlines, and legal documentation • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and legal case management software • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace • Must be available to work full-time during U.S. business hours
