📋 Description

• Support the execution of strategic Revenue Operations initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Distribution, and Agency Operations • Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure deliverables stay on track • Assist with RevOps intake, prioritization, and work management processes • Help identify operational inefficiencies and recommend and implement improvements • Support RevOps leadership in managing the broader portfolio of initiatives and priorities • Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and stakeholder communication • Help ensure accountability and execution across teams • Coordinate Revenue go-to-market readiness activities for new products, technology enhancements, campaigns, and operational initiatives • Partner with various stakeholders to ensure launch readiness across the Revenue organization • Serve as the operational point of coordination between the Revenue organization and cross-functional teams • Assist with trade shows, conferences, leadership meetings, and team events • Support the administration and optimization of core business systems including CRM and marketing platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Insurance, Marketing, or related field preferred • 2–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Business Operations, Project Coordination, or a related field • Strong organizational and project management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Experience documenting processes and creating SOPs • High attention to detail and strong follow-through • Self-starter who takes initiative and ownership
