• Guide clients in the design, implementation, and optimization of service capture strategies • Lead consulting engagements that enhance revenue integrity and operational performance • Develop and manage comprehensive project workplans • Oversee the development, review, and quality assurance of all client deliverables • Evaluate clinical workflows, charge entry practices, and billing compliance processes • Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders • Present findings and recommendations to clinical, operational, and executive audiences • Manage multiple client engagements and priorities • Lead and develop team members through coaching, mentorship, performance feedback, and professional development
• Bachelor's degree required • 5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience, including service capture, CDM, coding, billing, and reimbursement processes • Deep understanding of service capture workflows across inpatient, outpatient, and professional services settings • Proven experience delivering healthcare revenue cycle projects within a consulting environment • Hands-on experience with Epic and reimbursement methodologies (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, DRG) • Demonstrated leadership experience with strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams) • The ability to travel based on client, enterprise, or project needs is essential.
