📋 Description

• Support the product team in delivering new products, enhancing existing products and implementing medium- to large-scale projects • Liaise with technical delivery professionals and subject matter experts to ensure solutions meet business needs • Support user acceptance testing activities • Work with business partners to understand business processes and how current and future systems may improve productivity and quality • Analyze business problems and opportunities, including process improvement, systems enhancement and user training • Apply business process modeling methods to produce business outcome-based deliverables for Product Delivery teams and executive decision-making • Facilitate future-state process and visioning sessions with business partners • Define measurable process improvement objectives and participate in feature grooming sessions • Collaborate with the Product Manager to define project requirements • Participate actively in the Agile Product team during implementation • Represent business users in product testing and evaluation • Map product enhancements to business process changes • Work with training development to align content with product capabilities and business process execution • Develop business use cases • Complete ad hoc research, special projects and other assigned duties • Complete responsibilities outlined in annual performance reviews and goal setting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required • 3–5 years’ experience with Business Process development • 1–3 years’ experience in Project Management and Agile Product Development methodologies • Healthcare Systems and Operations experience preferred • Experience with Smartsheet a plus • Strong relationship-building skills and customer orientation • Ability to collaborate with business partners to define needs, address issues and answer questions • Ability to interact with business users in a sensitive and diplomatic manner while challenging existing procedures and building collaboration on project goals • Ability to translate business needs into product features • Consistent and effective critical thinking skills • Strict attention to detail in actions and documentation • Strong organizational skills and commitment to thorough documentation • Strong written and verbal communication skills with remote and international resources • Professional demeanor and appropriate communication style • Active listening skills • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality • Driven and self-starter mindset • Flexibility and willingness to adapt • Intermediate MS Excel skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Visio and PowerPoint • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Ability to work within a matrix organization • High level of initiative for excellence, results and process improvement • Highly developed financial and qualitative/analytical skills • Ability to work with short deadlines and time constraints • Excellent oral and written presentation skills • Ability to provide a dedicated, secure work area • Ability to provide high-speed internet access/connectivity and office setup and maintenance • Must be able to work a schedule consistent with Eastern Time Zone • Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
