📋 Description

• Design and develop enterprise data warehouse solutions using data warehouse methodologies, dimensional modeling, slowly changing dimensions, and fact table optimizations for healthcare analytics • Create and maintain SSIS ETL processes integrating healthcare and financial data from multiple sources while ensuring data integrity and compliance • Develop analytical visualizations and dashboards using Power BI and paginated reports to support clinical and financial decision-making • Translate healthcare stakeholder requirements into technical specifications and acceptance criteria • Collaborate with clinical, financial, and operational teams to understand domain-specific needs • Manage multiple concurrent healthcare analytics projects and technical initiatives • Participate in Safe Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives • Conduct code reviews and collaborate using version control systems and established check-in processes • Maintain and optimize healthcare data warehouse solutions for data quality, security, HIPAA compliance, and performance • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members • Stay current with healthcare data warehouse, business intelligence, and healthcare analytics trends and technologies • Complete responsibilities outlined on the annual Performance Plan, special projects, and other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Healthcare Informatics or equivalent professional experience • Advanced expertise in data warehouse methodologies, including schema design, dimensional modeling, and data integration patterns applied to healthcare analytics • 5+ years of professional experience with Microsoft SQL Server for database design, development, and optimization • 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing ETL solutions using Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) • Proficiency with Microsoft Power Suite tools, including Power BI, Power Query, and Power Pivot • Strong background in healthcare data analysis and analytics • Understanding of healthcare business models, clinical workflows, and healthcare payer/provider operations • Ability to translate healthcare business requirements into technical solutions • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities effectively • Experience with Safe Agile methodologies and frameworks in a professional development environment • Proficiency with version control systems and established code repository check-in processes • Experience with Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL Server; at least one must be demonstrated • Knowledge of healthcare data standards and compliance requirements • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations as they pertain to data handling • Ability to provide a dedicated, secure work area • Ability to provide high-speed internet access/connectivity and office setup and maintenance • Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
