📋 Description

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, identify reporting and analytics needs, translate requirements into effective data solutions, and help turn insights into action. • Design, develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports in Sigma, delivering clear and actionable insights to business leaders and operational teams. • Use SQL to query, transform, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources, including Snowflake. • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, performance drivers, opportunities, and potential areas of concern. • Establish and promote best practices for reporting, data governance, metric definitions, documentation, and data integrity. • Improve and scale existing BI assets and reporting processes through simplification, standardization, and automation. • Partner with data and technology teams on data modeling, warehouse development, and improvements to the Snowflake environment. • Evaluate analytics tools, processes, and capabilities and recommend improvements that increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the BI function.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, or a related role. • Strong proficiency with SQL, including experience querying and analyzing large datasets. • Experience developing sophisticated dashboards and reporting solutions using Sigma or a comparable modern BI platform. • Experience working with cloud data warehouses; Snowflake strongly preferred. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business questions into meaningful analysis and actionable insights. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts and data findings to non-technical audiences. • Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, manage competing priorities, and independently drive analytics initiatives from concept through delivery. • Experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, data governance, and visualization best practices is preferred. • Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership.
