📋 Description

• Collaborate with integrated project teams, program managers, and executive stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate business needs into Power BI dashboards, reports, and metrics • Compile, integrate, clean, transform, and analyze large datasets from multiple systems and platforms • Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards, scorecards, reports, and data models covering cost, schedule, technical performance, quality, risks, issues, and program health • Develop and maintain data transformation logic using Power Query, SQL, Excel, or other approved tools • Create and optimize Power BI data models, measures, calculated columns, and KPIs using DAX • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot scheduled data refreshes in Power BI Service or other approved reporting environments • Prepare executive and management dashboards, briefing materials, and performance measures • Analyze program and project data to identify trends, anomalies, common issues, and areas requiring management attention • Improve data quality by identifying inconsistencies, gaps, duplicate records, and validation issues • Recommend data visualization approaches that improve transparency, usability, and decision support • Automate recurring reports, manual data manipulation, and business processes using Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Excel, or other approved tools • Test, validate, and document dashboard logic, data sources, business rules, calculations, and refresh processes • Troubleshoot and resolve report, dashboard, data model, access, and data refresh issues • Maintain reporting products in accordance with data governance, records management, cybersecurity, and privacy requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to pass a government background investigation, including financial, criminal, residential, educational, foreign affiliation, prohibited substance abuse, and employment verifications • Only U.S. citizens are eligible for a suitability determination • Bachelor's degree required • 3-5+ years of related experience required • High proficiency using and creating Tableau, Qlik, and/or Microsoft Power BI dashboards, workbooks, and databases • Experience using data to drive business decisions and building effective visualizations • Experience creating dashboards and balanced scorecards summarizing organization performance • Expertise building and cleaning databases from multiple data sources and combining cost and performance information • Experience developing queries for routine data requests and reports • Statistical analysis experience • Experience creating formulas within Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik • Experience with Power Query when creating dashboards • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, ServiceNow, and SharePoint • Experience building, implementing, and supporting complex Tableau and/or Microsoft Power BI visualizations • Demonstrated ability to understand technical concepts and structure research that simplifies these concepts • Desired: Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, or Qlik certification a plus • Desired: Experience utilizing DAX in Power BI • Desired: Experience with SQL • Desired: Previous work with CBP is a plus • Desired: Current and fully adjudicated CBP Background Investigation is a plus • Master's degree preferred • 5-7+ years of experience preferred
