📋 Description

• Partner with divisions and leadership across the organization on implementation projects • Manage new and recurring projects, milestones, tasks, approvals, and project documentation • Track and report issues, risks, project status, performance metrics, business requirements, and backlog grooming • Manage product configuration, quality reviews, application testing, benchmarking, and project documentation • Develop subject-matter expertise in client data file layouts and enterprise projects • Investigate and respond to project questions • Facilitate data-intake discussions and confirm client data requirements • Coordinate with product development, operations, and client services teams throughout implementation • Perform data quality checks for Healthcare Data Warehouse requirements • Write data transformation specifications for loading source data into target warehouse tables • Analyze client interface requirements, identify gaps, and address file-layout questions • Identify data requirements for new data sources and perform technical analytics to validate integration results • Create and maintain client interface and layout documentation • Evaluate data and provide stakeholder insights and recommendations • Communicate technical and analytical information to business partners • Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of medical claims datasets • Promote process improvement and adoption of new technologies • Conduct claims analysis and ad-hoc reporting • Produce, validate, and deliver scheduled reports • Identify data issues and coordinate resolutions with client teams • Set expectations with internal and external clients and maintain professionalism • Complete special projects and other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma Required • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field or higher or equivalent experience preferred • 2+ years of Business Analyst experience preferred • 2+ years working with client data and client interfaces • 2+ years working with relational databases and SQL • 2+ years working with Smartsheet • Experience with Smartsheet Control Center and global updates • Experience building/applying enhancements to existing Smartsheet processes • Experience building a Smartsheet project solution • At least 1 year of Cotiviti experience is recommended for internal candidates • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook • Project management software experience preferred • Proficiency in JIRA and Agile processes • Intermediate Smartsheet knowledge required • Strong analytical, research, decision-making, process improvement, organizational, interpersonal, cross-functional, oral, written, and technical skills • Proven ability to work across multiple technology platforms • Ability to work independently with little supervision and in a group setting • Ability to lead meetings and speak in front of groups and clients • Ability and desire to learn new concepts and software • Ability to provide a dedicated, secure work area and high-speed internet access/connectivity • Ability to provide duties with or without reasonable accommodation • Availability for occasional off-hours support and travel • Flexibility to participate in an international organization with calls across global time zones
