📋 Description

• Partner with divisions and leadership across the organization on implementation projects • Implement new and recurring projects and internal process improvement initiatives • Track milestones and execute tasks for assigned projects • Deliver documentation, data analysis, status reports, performance metrics, business requirements, backlog grooming, and operational deliverables • Document, organize, and report project issues and risks using project management tools and reporting systems • Apply project management rigor and process excellence best practices • Challenge established processes and propose creative solutions for cost and time savings • Manage product configuration, milestone maintenance, quality review, application testing, product benchmarking, risk and issue tracking, and project documentation • Ensure project delivery expectations are met and approvals are obtained for release • Develop company-wide subject matter expertise for client data file layouts and enterprise projects • Investigate and respond to assigned project questions • Facilitate discussions to manage data intake and confirm client data requirements • Partner with product development, operations, and client services teams throughout implementation and operations • Perform data quality checks for data used to build the Healthcare Data Warehouse • Write data transformation specifications for loading source data into target data warehouse tables • Analyze client interface requirements, identify gaps, and address file-layout questions • Identify requirements for integrating new data sources and perform technical analytics to validate integration results • Create and maintain documentation for client interfaces and layouts • Evaluate data and provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders • Communicate technical and analytical information to business partners • Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis of medical claims datasets • Promote process improvement and adoption of new technologies • Conduct detailed claims analysis and ad-hoc reporting • Produce, validate, and deliver scheduled reports • Identify data issues and coordinate resolutions with client teams • Set expectations with internal and external clients • Provide occasional off-hours support and travel for team collaboration and special projects • Participate in global-time-zone conference calls and complete assigned special projects and duties

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma Required • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field or higher or equivalent experience preferred • 2+ years of Business Analyst experience preferred • 2+ years working with client data and client interfaces • 2+ years working with relational databases and SQL • 2+ years working with Smartsheet • Experience with Smartsheet Control Center and ability/knowledge to perform global updates • Experience building/applying enhancements to an existing Smartsheet process • Experience building a Smartsheet project solution • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook • Project management software experience preferred • Proficiency in JIRA and Agile processes • Intermediate Smartsheet knowledge required • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to research and make decisions based on day-to-day and complex problems required • Process improvement skill set required • Excellent oral, written, and technical skills required • Excellent organization skills, with ability to track multiple projects simultaneously • Strong interpersonal and cross-functional skills required • Proactive, self-motivated individual able to work well in a group setting and perform daily functions with little supervision • Strong technical skills and proven track record working across multiple technology platforms • Comfortable speaking in front of a group, with clients, and leading meetings • Desire and capacity to learn new concepts and software • Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area • Must be able to provide high-speed internet access/connectivity and office setup and maintenance • Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
