📋 Description

• Lead and manage the implementation and operation team in day-to-day activities • Define and lead creation of project implementation plans • Coordinate and manage client implementation efforts with cross-functional groups • Partner with product development, operations, client services, and external clients • Ensure parties are engaged and informed about implementation processes and operational status • Monitor complex operational reporting • Identify process improvement opportunities and provide feedback to the process improvement team • Handle remote project collaboration to execute milestones and tasks • Facilitate resolution of delivery issues • Complete annual performance review and goal-setting responsibilities • Complete special projects and other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Management, or equivalent experience • 2 years of experience overseeing all aspects of a client implementation effort operationally • 2 years of experience leading cross-functional teams of implementation performers on multiple efforts simultaneously and driving successful implementations • 2 years of experience evaluating complex operational reports, identifying concerns, and re-aligning delivery to target performance • 2 years of experience working within an enterprise Change management process • Ability to oversee client implementation efforts operationally and manage competing client requests • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Result-oriented leadership skills and ability to build teams in a time-critical environment • Ability to monitor progress and meet specific deadlines • Experience reporting project status to executive-level stakeholders • Healthcare industry experience preferred • Strong understanding of software development life cycles preferred • Knowledge of medical claims processing and EDI preferred • Basic knowledge of IT applications, data processing, and medical claims processing preferred • PMP certification preferred • Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience leading projects and/or client implementations • Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule around project deadlines and implementations • Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation • Must provide a dedicated, secure work area • Must provide high-speed internet access/connectivity and office setup and maintenance • Critical thinking and objective evaluation skills • Attention to detail • Strong numerical and quantitative analysis skills • Data interpretation skills • Effective communication of complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Curiosity and learning agility • Resilience and ability to adapt to changing priorities • Ethical handling of sensitive data and information • Ability to remain stationary and perform repetitive motions for prolonged periods
