📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end client onboarding projects from kickoff through go-live, managing scope, timelines, milestones, and risks • Set and maintain client expectations and communicate changes proactively • Hold clients and internal stakeholders accountable to agreed timelines • Conduct discovery to understand client business processes • Translate requirements into platform configurations • Configure application settings, workflows, and platform options • Support data imports and validate data setup • Define, execute, and document testing before cutover • Troubleshoot configuration and system setup issues • Share platform best practices and recommend workflow approaches • Guide client teams throughout implementation and prepare them for go-live • Build relationships with administrators and executive leadership • Surface risks and advise clients on configuration decisions • Collaborate with Client Success, Support, Sales, and Product • Document configurations, customizations, and key decisions • Build and improve playbooks, templates, and process guides • Contribute to documentation, product feedback, and teammate support

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in SaaS implementation, technical consulting, or software delivery • Proven track record managing multiple concurrent implementation projects • Experience with Association Management Software (AMS), Learning Management Software (LMS), or similar nonprofit or membership platforms preferred • Bachelor's degree in Business, a technical field, or equivalent practical experience preferred • Comfort configuring SaaS platforms — navigating admin settings, workflow tools, and configuration options to match client requirements • Experience supporting data imports and validating data accuracy prior to go-live • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and validation • Experience with project or development management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello • Comfort using AI tools to improve day-to-day work • Clear, direct written and verbal communication — including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Strong project management instincts: prioritize well, track details, and keep work moving • Client-first mindset with genuine investment in client outcomes • Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely across cross-functional teams • Proactive approach to process improvement • Project management certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent) is a plus • Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship • Minimum age of 18
