📋 Description

• Manage the overall client onboarding journey from kickoff through go-live • Plan and run kickoff, discovery, configuration, testing, training, and go-live • Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact • Configure clients’ systems of record, including objects, fields, calculations, approval workflows, reporting, and folder structures • Translate bespoke real estate processes into Intapp Properties workflows • Lead discovery and requirements sessions • Document current-state processes, data sources, and approval chains • Coordinate data migration and integrations with client teams and internal engineering • Deliver training and enablement for client self-sufficiency at go-live • Feed client insights back to product and engineering to shape the roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in real estate development / finance, software implementation, solutions consulting, or client onboarding • Working knowledge of real estate workflows including land acquisition, due diligence, entitlement, development budgets, investment committee approvals, or asset management • Experience configuring SaaS platforms such as CRM, deal management, or project management systems • Comfort with structured data, formulas, or light scripting is a plus • Strong project management instincts • Clear, confident communication with audiences from analysts to executives • Consultative mindset and ability to apply best practices • Ability to manage multiple onboardings and flag risks early
