📋 Description

• Manage CRM and ERP software implementation projects for clients with 5–500 users • Participate in functional and technical working groups and progress meetings • Identify business needs and document requirements • Ensure smooth delivery through Best Practices Playbooks • Support clients throughout the implementation process • Collaborate with Project Managers, Principal Consultants, and Technical Services resources • Design and deliver stakeholder training on system configuration and end-user training • Create onsite agendas • Follow up on project task lists • Escalate issues to the Project Manager and Leadership to keep projects within defined scope and timeline • Partner externally with customers and internally with customer-facing teams to demonstrate platform value, communicate technical possibilities, and drive customer retention

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS or Software Implementation • 2+ years of experience as an Implementation Consultant acting as a billable resource with a utilization target • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills • Fluency in the English language • Ability and availability for travel up to 40% to customer sites for face-to-face meetings, as requested by the customer • Self-motivated and able to perform independently in a fast-paced environment • Ability to communicate clearly and deliver highly complex information in a polished, precise, and compelling manner • Ability to collaborate effectively and involve others when necessary to accomplish individual and group goals • Time management skills • Solution-focused approach while prioritizing the customer experience • Experience with Mavenlink (Kantata) and/or Momentus Software is a plus • Venue and/or Exhibition industry experience preferred but not required • Must reside in eligible U.S. states that do not currently mandate salary disclosure in job postings; candidates residing in California or other states with active pay transparency laws will not be considered
