📋 Description

• Own and deliver instructor-led and virtual customer training programs on Cotiviti Interoperability Smart Trading and Encounter Management products, features, and workflows • Conduct training needs assessments with customer stakeholders and design, develop, and deliver customized learning content • Use role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, and lectures in training delivery • Manage post-training evaluations, collect feedback, generate learning analytics reports, and share insights with customer success teams • Serve as the primary training point of contact for assigned customer accounts • Deliver instructor-led and virtual staff training programs • Onboard new hires and cross-train staff through Interoperability Smart Trading and Encounter Management programs • Design and manage Cotiviti Interoperability product expert certification programs • Assess advanced-level certification examinations and adjudicate capstone skill assessments • Build and maintain expertise in Cotiviti products, healthcare interoperability, payer domains, X12, HIPAA, and state-specific regulatory requirements • Develop, use, troubleshoot, and promote adoption of EdiSense Productivity Agent and Cotiviti Interoperability University Training Assistant • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Professional Services teams to translate product and regulatory changes into training updates • Provide technical troubleshooting support during live training sessions • Monitor trends and best practices in virtual facilitation and technical training • Complete performance-review responsibilities, special projects, and other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field • 8+ years of experience in technical training, product training, customer enablement, customer onboarding, customer success, or related customer-facing roles supporting enterprise software or technology products • Demonstrated experience delivering customer-facing training for enterprise software or technology products • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills for technical and nontechnical audiences • Experience with LMS platforms for content deployment and learner management • Professional certification in SaaS and/or AI/ML is preferred • Experience in healthcare technology, data interoperability, or regulated industry training environments is preferred • Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, or EDI standards is a plus • Prior experience training international or cross-cultural audiences via Zoom or MS Teams is preferred • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client training engagements simultaneously • Customer-first mindset with strong stakeholder empathy • Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts • High adaptability and comfort with evolving tools and technologies • High-speed internet access/connectivity and office setup and maintenance • Dedicated, secure work area • Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
