📋 Description

• Answer inbound calls from participants • Make outbound telephonic calls to participants enrolled in the Condition Management Program • Answer participant inquiries • Assist participants via email and online messaging • Accurately document participant communications • Support participant engagement and positive behavior change through Health Coaching and Condition Management programs

🎯 Requirements

• Strong customer service skills • Ability to perform well individually and in a team environment • Strong verbal and written skills • Detail oriented • Experience in a medical setting is suitable, including receptionist, scheduler, insurance verification, health coach, LPN, CNA, or Medical Assistant experience • Customer service background is suitable • No prior experience required; training provided
