• Answer inbound calls from participants • Make outbound telephonic calls to participants enrolled in the Condition Management Program • Answer participant inquiries • Assist participants via email and online messaging • Accurately document participant communications
🎯 Requirements
• Strong customer service skills • Ability to perform well individually and in a team environment • Experience in a medical setting, including receptionist, scheduler, insurance verification, health coach, LPN, CNA, or Medical Assistant experience, or a customer service background is suitable • Strong verbal and written skills • Detail oriented
