• Answer customer inquiries on benefits plans • Process Medical/Dental Claims • Ability to learn/retain large amounts of technical information • Navigate multiple record keeping systems
• Licensed in Life and Health is required. • Strong communication (verbal and written) skills • The ability to multi-task and have great attention to detail • Ability to work with customers of diverse background and dispositions • Prior customer service experience • Medical or call center experience is a plus
