📋 Description

• Responsible for the Company's licensed mortgage activities in Utah. • Responsible for oversight of mortgage operations, regulatory compliance, supervision of licensed mortgage loan originators in Utah. • Provide market competitive information related to product, pricing, marketing and other go-to-market strategies for the business. • Provide subject matter expertise on all aspects of the digital lead generation HELOC business. • Acts as the Company's responsible manager for Utah mortgage licensing activities and supports compliance with federal and state mortgage lending laws, NMLS requirements, and state specific operational and licensing obligations.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently holds an active Utah Lending Manager license, or is able to obtain and maintain one, as applicable. • Ability to be designated as the Principal Lending Manager for the Company and maintain Licensed Lending Manager status at all times. • Minimum experience as required the Utah Department of Commerce - Division of Real Estate in order to serve as the licensed Utah Lending Manager. • Demonstrated knowledge of federal mortgage regulations and Utah mortgage licensing requirements. • Experience supervising licensed mortgage operations and/or licensed MLOs. • Ability to obtain and maintain active applicable state licensure through NMLS.
