• Run client mailings and letter tracking. • Reconcile invoices and field provider communications. • Coordinate appeals and maintain cycle schedules. • Manage accuracy in all client-related work.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of healthcare claims experience. • 2+ years working in Microsoft Office. • 1+ year in a customer-facing role. • Exceptional accuracy, responsiveness, and written and verbal communication. • U.S.-based with work authorization.
