📋 Description

• Conceptualize, edit, and optimize engaging Reels and TikToks • Craft visual hooks, text-on-screen overlay hierarchy, trending audio, and voiceovers • Source, curate, and edit archival footage, historical imagery, and stock or rights-free media • Design multi-slide carousels, static graphics, digital action guides, story templates, and promotional assets • Apply the brand’s visual identity system, including typography, colors, and grid layouts • Deliver the social content calendar and publish daily across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels • Monitor reach, profile-to-follow conversions, saves, shares, and link clicks • Deliver monthly performance reports and recommendations for improving content and distribution strategies • Write social captions, short-form video overlays, and calls to action • Translate environmental policy, public lands, and equine welfare topics into accessible brand-aligned prose • Independently manage end-to-end digital content and social execution for Keep Her Wild

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience spanning short-form video production, graphic design, social publishing, and editorial copywriting • Demonstrated work for a mission-driven brand, media outlet, or agency • Ability to work autonomously from concept and scripting through video editing, graphic layout, and social posting • Fluency with CapCut, Canva Video, Premiere Pro, Figma, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop • Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms, trending formats, interactive features, and content performance levers • Superior short-form copywriting skills, including social captions and policy explainers • Alignment with wild horse preservation, humane treatment of equines and animals, public lands stewardship, and women's empowerment • Resume, one-page cover letter, and creative portfolio or case studies required • Consultant must supply their own equipment, software, and workspace • Consultant is responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and business expenses
