📋 Description

• Lead large-scale, complex, and highly customized customer implementations across Coursedog's product suite • Own end-to-end project planning and execution, including project strategy, comprehensive plans, timeline and resource forecasting, and risk mitigation • Drive administrator and end-user training at scale and ensure sustainable adoption across institutions • Mentor and coach project coordinators and project managers • Lead cross-functional discussions on process improvements and build team capabilities • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to resolve technical integration issues • Inform strategic product recommendations and drive implementation-led improvements • Serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert for implementation methodology • Design and refine implementation processes and establish best practices • Leverage AI capabilities in project management and test client use cases • Strengthen long-term client relationships by understanding strategic business needs and positioning solutions for sustained value and retention

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience leading software or SaaS system implementations • Demonstrated expertise in higher education institutions or ed-tech companies • Proven track record managing complex, large-scale projects with minimal supervision • Advanced expertise in project management and implementation methodologies • Strategic decision-making and autonomy in adapting methods to project context • Ability to identify, communicate, and mitigate complex project risks, issues, and dependencies • Strong forecasting and resource management capabilities • Strategic and consultative problem-solving skills with sound judgment • Ability to influence across organizational boundaries • Experience shaping product and operations strategy • Strong mentorship and team development experience • Clear and concise verbal and written communication across technical, product, business, and executive contexts • Advanced proficiency with Notion, Rocketlane, and Salesforce • Comfort using data systems, integrations, and advanced forecasting tools • Familiarity with AI and automation in project management • Ability to test and consistently improve workflows
