📋 Description

• Produce and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly contact center performance reporting • Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models • Perform data integrity testing and reconciliation, investigate variances, and resolve root causes • Monitor performance trends and anomalies and provide concise insights and recommended actions • Support scorecards and operating cadences by ensuring consistent metrics and documented definitions • Validate and reconcile metrics that feed incentive programs • Coordinate recovery from data-load failures and reporting disruptions • Partner with Technology/DBA teams on reporting infrastructure, job monitoring, and issue triage • Provide end-user reporting support and training and resolve support cases through closure • Support strategic initiatives including gamification, progress tracking, and recognition

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced Power BI expertise, including dashboard and report development, data modeling, DAX calculations, visualization best practices, performance optimization, and translating business requirements into reporting solutions • Experience with ETL and reporting infrastructure, including SQL Agent jobs and SSIS • Hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform data environments • Strong SQL skills with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) • Microsoft Analysis Services experience, including ad hoc investigation and support queries • Demonstrated experience in reporting, analytics, business operations, or production data support in a high-volume environment • Experience performing reconciliation, troubleshooting data issues, and maintaining data integrity • Clear communication with technical and non-technical partners and strong follow-through in support workflows • Availability for occasional off-hours or weekend work for scheduled releases and upgrades • Experience in a large contact center environment preferred • Familiarity with contact center performance metrics and Workforce Management concepts and tools preferred • Experience with APM/Aspect, Five9, or similar platforms preferred • Healthcare experience preferred • Experience with Alteryx or Dataiku, advanced Excel, and Power BI administration, governance, deployment pipelines, or enterprise reporting environments preferred • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience • Master's degree in a quantitative field or MBA preferred
