📋 Description

• Lead multiple concurrent Salesforce engagements from kickoff through QA, UAT, go-live, and closeout • Monitor burn rates, track remaining hours, and maintain budgets, forecasts, and resource plans in Certinia • Serve as the main day-to-day client contact and set expectations around milestones, priorities, and delivery outcomes • Partner with cross-functional technical delivery teams and Resource Management to coordinate staffing, resolve dependencies, and optimize capacity • Identify delivery roadblocks, negotiate scope adjustments, and ensure documentation and governance artifacts meet QA standards • Take ownership of assigned engagements, establish accurate forecasting, meet billable utilization targets, and deliver projects on time and within budget • Contribute to improvements in delivery processes and project operations

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of project management experience in professional services or technology consulting • 2+ years leading Salesforce or technology delivery engagements • Hands-on experience managing project budgets, forecasting, burn rates, and resource planning • Experience using Certinia (FinancialForce) PSA or a similar platform • Capability managing Support Blocks, Retainers, T&M, and Fixed-Fee contract models • Experience proactively handling scope changes and risks • Strong understanding of Salesforce delivery environments • At least one Salesforce certification strongly preferred • Ability to act as the primary client contact and manage expectations through complex or challenging conversations • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies • PMP, CSM, or similar certification is a plus
