📋 Description

• Manage project execution throughout the full project life cycle within scope, schedule, and resource constraints • Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and project planning artifacts • Direct or coordinate cross-functional project team activities • Prepare and deliver project status reports and performance updates • Develop and implement stakeholder-informed communication plans • Manage projects and related tasks within a product or functional area • Build and maintain collaborative stakeholder relationships • Maintain and collaborate on product or service portfolio roadmaps • May oversee the workload of a functional or product team and contribute to performance evaluations and resource planning • Represent Liberty University professionally and support its Christian mission

🎯 Requirements

• Mid-level technical experience with transferable knowledge of project delivery tools, systems, or business processes • Solid understanding of Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience required • CAPM, CSM, or PSM I • 3–4+ years of project management or related professional experience required • Experience working with teams with chat assistive technologies helpful • Proficiency in understanding, speaking, reading, and writing English • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills • Proficiency in standard office software and relevant project/program management tools • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Ability to solve routine and complex problems using sound judgment • Ability to perform desk-based computer work and data entry • Valid driver’s license, acceptable DMV record, LU Driving Approval, and liability insurance required when driving for work
