📋 Description

• Lead operating expense forecasting and financial planning for the Global Enterprise business • Own OpEx across monthly and quarterly closes • Manage forecasting and budgeting cycles • Partner with accounting and business teams to analyze variances and refine forecasts • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reviews for leadership • Execute monthly and quarterly close processes for operating expenses • Develop and maintain operating expense forecasts • Collaborate with accounting teams to identify and explain variances between actual spending and forecasted amounts • Create financial review materials highlighting key insights, performance gaps, and strategic opportunities • Report to the Head of Enterprise FP&A and work within the Headcount/OpEx pod

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or corporate finance • Experience building and maintaining OpEx forecasts and budgets across monthly and quarterly cycles • Experience supporting month-end and quarter-end close processes in partnership with accounting teams • Strong variance analysis skills, with the ability to explain results and refine forecasts • Experience preparing and presenting financial reviews for senior leadership
