📋 Description

• Lead development, redesign, and modernization of legacy reporting into new Power BI solutions • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to a team of 4+ Power BI developers • Work closely with business partners, data engineers, and ETL developers to ensure accurate data sourcing from BigQuery data marts • Develop visually effective, accessible, and standardized reports aligned with agency reporting and accessibility requirements • Ensure all Power BI assets follow established governance, security, and documentation standards • Perform testing and validation to ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistency across all reporting products • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, verify data elements, and support enterprise reporting needs • Produce and maintain technical documentation, report specifications, and support materials

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards in an enterprise environment • Demonstrated experience with ETL and Reporting/BI tools • Proven ability to serve as a Technical Lead for a team of 4 or more developers • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively address both technical and non-technical audiences • Strong understanding of data models, data visualization best practices, and enterprise reporting standards
