📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and deliver modern reporting solutions supporting daily business operations, program leadership, and analytical initiatives • Source data from BigQuery-based data marts and distribute through approved agency channels • Serve as technical lead for the Power BI development team • Provide mentoring, best-practice direction, and coordination across program areas • Work with business partners, data engineers, and ETL developers to ensure accurate data sourcing from BigQuery data marts • Develop visually effective, accessible, and standardized reports aligned with agency reporting and accessibility requirements • Ensure Power BI assets follow governance, security, and documentation standards • Perform testing and validation for accuracy, reliability, and consistency across reporting products • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, verify data elements, and support enterprise reporting needs • Produce and maintain technical documentation, report specifications, and support materials

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on developing Power BI reports and dashboards in an enterprise environment — 5 years required • Expertise with modern ETL and reporting/BI tools — 5 years required • Proven ability to serve as a Technical Lead for a team of 4 or more developers — 5 years required • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively address both technical and non-technical audiences — 5 years required • Strong understanding of data models, data visualization best practices, and enterprise reporting standards — 5 years required
