📋 Description

• Manage and retain a portfolio of commercial P&C accounts up to $4MM in annual premium • Serve as primary point of contact for client servicing, renewals, and coverage questions • Own the renewal process end to end, including proactive renewal conversations before quote delivery • Explain coverage, pricing, and policy changes • Manage client expectations during underwriting delays, market constraints, or carrier issues • Resolve client concerns and escalate internally when needed • Execute policy servicing, including endorsements, certificates of insurance, audits, billing coordination, and cancellations • Maintain accurate client records in AMS and CRM • Partner with carriers, wholesalers, and internal teams • Adhere to service standards, SLAs, and escalation protocols • Work closely with technology teams as the insurance subject matter expert to help shape processes, systems, and products

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial P&C experience in account management, brokerage, sales or customer success • Active Property & Casualty license in good standing • Strong knowledge of commercial P&C coverages, renewals, endorsements, and servicing requirements • Proven ability to own the renewal process end to end, including proactive client consultations prior to quoting • Experience managing escalations and protecting the client experience during underwriting or carrier challenges • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated success managing and retaining large or complex books of business • Strong organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills in high-volume environments • Advanced proficiency with CRM and AMS platforms and core business tools
