📋 Description

• Perform analysis on service and vehicle auction lifecycle data • Define business questions, identify data sources and queries, clean and transform data, analyze trends, visualize data, and present insights • Support data-science and data-engineering teams with complex analyses and implementation • Build and improve data processes and pipelines, ensuring data quality and measuring KPIs • Work with data suppliers and drive project deliverables • Support product management by researching service, pricing, repair data, features, and product differentiation • Liaise between technology and product strategy • Perform data analysis and validation and translate data into meaningful insights • Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for decision-making • Monitor and analyze key metrics and execute recurring analyses and reporting • Write, maintain, and update queries for internal customer requests • Coordinate data feeds, source and merge internal and external data, ingest and clean datasets, derive metrics, and transform data into usable information • Assist development teams with data reporting models and monitoring systems • Build and validate derived metrics and business rules • Ensure the quality of data stores used for collection, tracking, and reporting • Partner with Operations, Quality Assurance, Dispatch, engineering, product, and business teams

🎯 Requirements

• Currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship • No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT, or visa sponsorship now or in future • BS/BA degree in a related discipline plus 2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience in a related field • 2+ years of experience building and maintaining reporting and dashboards • 2+ years of experience troubleshooting or supporting web-based applications • 2+ years of experience with databases and database query tools, including Snowflake • Experience with SQL, Alteryx, Snowflake, and AWS • 2+ years of experience performing analysis and building data processes • Strong experience with reporting tools; Power BI required • Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis • Experience with SQL, including Oracle, MS-SQL, DB2, and stored procedures • Experience working with large-scale datasets • Experience presenting data to leadership for decision-making • Knowledge of data extrapolation, interpretation, and chart compilation • Power user of Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, for business analysis • Effective written, listening, and oral communication • Ability to balance vision and execution • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test • Physical ability and mental acuity to execute duties within required timeframes
