📋 Description

• Own the program coordination layer behind enterprise initiatives • Program-manage multi-capability enterprise programs, including sequencing, tracking, and reporting logistics • Run cross-functional program coordination for large-scale sales events such as CASS and NADA • Support Sales Training & Effectiveness leaders and functional leads with operational and data support • Provide day-to-day project management across the Market Readiness GTM portfolio • Track timelines, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, risks, blockers, and constraints from kickoff to launch • Maintain accurate program documentation and provide backup coverage across active programs • Coordinate active enterprise initiatives including NADA Seller Readiness, SHIFT rollout logistics, SolidRoad adoption tracking, and other readiness programs • Own project plans and cross-functional planning cadences for large-scale sales events • Track content and training-track readiness and escalate timeline and scope conflicts • Contribute to post-event analysis, survey design, feedback synthesis, and post-mortem facilitation • Schedule and host coordination meetings; track progress and surface bottlenecks, risks, and trade-offs • Execute against capacity-planning inputs and timelines set by the Director • Lead project initiation and post-project review coordination • Compile standard and ad hoc reports and prepare data inputs for enterprise-level effectiveness reporting • Generate and manage recurring and custom report requests • Apply AI and automation tools to streamline coordination, tracking, scheduling, reporting, and data compilation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 8 years of program or project management experience, including complex, cross-functional enterprise initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing timelines; or master’s degree and 6 years of experience; Ph.D. and 3 years of experience; or 12 years of program or project management experience • Proven mastery of enterprise project/program management tooling, including project-planning, work-management, and dashboarding platforms such as Smartsheet • Advanced data and reporting fluency, including structuring, synthesizing, and visualizing program and capacity data • Demonstrated use of AI and automation tools for coordination, reporting, and program management • Strong cross-functional coordination skills, including managing handoffs and dependencies • Experience program-managing large-scale events or multi-workstream initiatives end to end • PMP, PgMP, Agile, or similar project/program management certification • Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization • Self-motivated and self-directed, with strong organizational follow-through and ability to manage shifting priorities with minimal supervision • Must clear a pre-employment drug test • Must currently be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship • No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT, or visa sponsorship now or in future • Must live in Minnesota
