📋 Description

• Own a book of franchise and association partners and grow paid adoption and paid locations against a quarterly quota • Build and run strategic adoption plans for each partner using account-level data • Lead new partner launches, including kickoff calls, job template workshops, home-office trainings, and network launch sessions • Hold regular partner meetings and ROI reviews with brand leaders and field teams • Build relationships with influential franchisees and members to champion CareerPlug • Create and deliver webinars, promotions, and educational content to drive adoption • Monitor partner health, renewal dates, and churn risk, and communicate open issues • Represent CareerPlug at partner conferences and events, including speaking opportunities • Maintain partner records in HubSpot • Travel to franchise and association conferences, meet partners and franchisees, and sometimes present

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with franchise brands and franchisors, with knowledge of the franchise industry, or experience with associations, dealer/licensee networks, or cooperatives/buying groups • Experience growing adoption or revenue through others across a network not directly sold to • Comfortable presenting and training groups virtually and in person • Experience owning measurable goals such as quota, adoption, or retention • Knowledge of how franchise systems work • Ability to influence people not directly managed • Ability to present to rooms, on Zoom, and on conference stages • Ability to turn account data into actionable partner insights • Willingness and ability to travel at least 40–50 days per year, including some weekends • Preferred: Franchise Business Consultant/Coach experience at a franchisor • Preferred: Experience implementing an ATS or other software across a franchise network • Preferred: Experience with Home & Commercial Services franchise brands • Preferred: Client or partner success, account management, or partner growth experience at a software company • Preferred: Recruiting or HR experience and knowledge • Preferred: HubSpot or similar CRM experience • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
