📋 Description

• Serve as a direct financial partner to accounting and overhead department heads • Provide analytical support for overhead costs and Capex spend • Review financial data to link financial results to operational performance drivers • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including budget-versus-actual variance analysis • Partner with department leaders to track spend against budget and identify cost-saving opportunities • Track, record, and summarize capital expenditures across business units • Prepare, review, and distribute financial reports to business stakeholders • Support month-end close activities with the accounting team • Ensure data integrity across financial systems and reporting tools • Support annual budgeting and periodic forecast updates • Analyze KPIs and provide insights on trends, risks, and opportunities • Assist with executive and board-level presentation materials • Develop, maintain, and distribute ad-hoc reports and financial models • Help maintain and improve financial reporting tools, templates, and processes • Assist with process implementation and manage financial initiatives • Build collaborative relationships across the organization • Review large volumes of data and produce clear, understandable findings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Microsoft Excel) • Financial systems experience preferred; Oracle’s Essbase a plus • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 accounting system preferred • Strong FP&A analytical skills • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to present financial data to non-finance stakeholders • Ability to complete duties with limited direct supervision and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment • Detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills • Ability to work with a team as well as on one’s own • Ability to transform raw data into clear and actionable findings
