• Support the end-to-end recruiting process for all roles, including candidate screening, interviewing, and offer support • Manage candidate experience and logistics, including interview scheduling, communication, and providing a smooth, engaging process from start to finish • Partner with hiring teams to align on role needs, support intake meetings, and help guide hiring decisions • Track and manage candidate pipelines & requisitions, ensuring data is accurate and progress aligns with recruiting goals and KPIs
• 4+ years of experience in recruiting • AEC and/or life sciences/pharma recruiting experience highly preferred • Experience managing multiple candidates or requisitions simultaneously • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities • Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring teams, and stakeholders • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and scheduling tools
