📋 Description

• Review underwriting instructions and prepare policy documents according to established guidelines • Validate coverage details, limits, and premium data against source systems before issuance • Process endorsements, renewals, and cancellations in alignment with compliance and company standards • Collaborate with onshore teams to resolve discrepancies and fulfill document requests • Maintain and update policy records in core processing systems • Adhere to SLAs and turnaround times for policy issuance and related workflows • Support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps or inefficiencies • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal audit controls

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in insurance policy processing, issuance, or related operational support roles • Familiarity with property and casualty insurance products and terminology • Experience in shared services, BPO, or offshore delivery environments is beneficial • Proficiency in policy administration systems and Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to interpret and apply underwriting instructions and guidelines • Strong attention to detail for accurate policy documents • Effective communication and collaboration skills for distributed teams • Time management and organizational skills to meet SLAs and manage multiple priorities • Problem-solving ability to address discrepancies or data issues promptly • English language fluency required
