📋 Description

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries • Offer additional products during each customer interaction • Assist customers with questions and personalize the experience for each caller • Confirm refunds, take payments, place orders, and analyze account data • Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor • Work a set full-time schedule including weekends and non-Monday–Friday hours

🎯 Requirements

• 12 months or more of customer service experience • Distraction-free work-from-home environment • Ability to learn and work in a virtual environment • Ability to communicate with a variety of styles • Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens • Must provide own Microsoft 11 computer and additional required equipment meeting HSN computer system requirements • Ability to troubleshoot technical problems independently and partner with IT when needed • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours • Must reside in Georgia or an HSN-approved state • Must work a set full-time schedule with weekend requirements
