📋 Description

• Answer routine questions and resolve issues about products and services for internal and external customers • Resolve inquiries or escalate concerns in a timely manner • Follow standard procedures and guidelines • Provide administrative and specialized operational support to sales representatives and/or sales teams • Support the selling and closing of Stewart products in accordance with leadership-defined sales goals • Recognize and solve typical problems using established solution options • Communicate moderately complex information in routine situations within the team • Manage own workload under general supervision • Perform other duties assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience • Ability to answer routine customer questions about products and services • Ability to resolve inquiries or escalate concerns in a timely manner • Ability to follow standard procedures and guidelines • Ability to recognize and solve typical problems using established options • Ability to communicate moderately complex information in routine situations • Ability to work under general supervision and manage own workload
