📋 Description

• Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, or private insurance carriers • Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances • Routinely utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone • Maintain performance goals • Become proficient with processes after completing a structured training program • Work with external customers and internal personnel to respond to customer inquiries • Provide product training • Handle a wide variety of questions while ensuring a world-class customer experience • Work with a customer-centric team in an innovative company

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent • 1 year or more customer service experience • Preferred: 1 year or more high volume call center experience • Preferred: 1 year or more medical billing, insurance claims, and explanation of benefits experience • Preferred: 1 year or more patient billing experience • Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment • Attention to detail and focus • Ability to perform successfully in a team environment • Excellent organizational skills • Proficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications • Alpha-numeric data entry proficiency • Excellent communication skills • Energetic, passionate customer service approach • Ability to seek solutions to challenging patient billing issues • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 10:00am–7:00pm EST • Ability to complete training Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm EST
