📋 Description

• Service customers on contractual policy change and disbursement requests • Complete semi-routine policy contract changes and disbursements • Research and resolve customer requests and inquiries using knowledge of products, regulatory requirements, and policy provisions • Enter semi-routine client/customer updates into the appropriate system with moderate supervision • Provide back-up support to the Call Center as needed • Collaborate with internal partners to reach resolution

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • 2–4 years of related experience • Knowledge of company products • Ability to interpret policy provisions • Knowledge of administrative procedures • Knowledge of regulatory requirements • Ability to research and resolve customer requests and inquiries • Ability to enter client/customer updates into the appropriate system • Ability to work with moderate supervision
