📋 Description
• Provides administrative and clerical support to a sales team during the busiest time of the year • Spreadsheeting using Microsoft Excel • Supporting quoting team with proposal creation • Entering customer information into our systems • Directing calls or responding to inquiries • Scheduling appointments • Working on projects as assigned
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of administrative experience in a professional environment • Group health insurance experience is preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word • HS Diploma or GED equivalent • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
