📋 Description

• Receive, post, and send out incoming wires • Fund, balance, and disburse files • Set up wires • Print checks • Prepare FedEx shipments • Complete funding packages once files fully disburse, including funding packages, wire confirmations, and copies of checks • Review balances and print refund checks accordingly • Perform other duties as assigned • Support title insurance, settlement, escrow, recording, lien search, and 1031 exchange services

🎯 Requirements

• English language fluency required • Experience in Escrow/Closing, Title, or Real Estate Financial Services encouraged • 4+ years of experience • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Great time management skills • Outstanding work ethic with the ability to work in team-oriented and self-directed environments • Detail-oriented and professional; able to handle confidential information • High level of accountability • Customer service oriented • Creative problem-solving skills • Ability to communicate effectively, written and verbal • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
