📋 Description

• Coordinate all operational aspects of the Sales Acceleration Program • Serve as the main point of contact for program participants • Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout participants’ development journeys • Manage scheduling, logistics, and event coordination for in-person and virtual program components • Coordinate workshops, training sessions, and networking opportunities • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and external vendors to deliver relevant content and resources • Maintain participant records, training materials, progress tracking, and reporting dashboards • Assist with participant selection, onboarding, and program integration • Gather participant feedback and monitor progress • Recommend continuous improvements to enhance program outcomes • Coordinate program communications for participants and stakeholders • Prepare periodic reports and presentations for leadership on program performance, milestones, and participant success metrics • Support other sales enablement, talent development, and producer onboarding initiatives as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, HR, Psychology or a related field, or equivalent experience • Up to 2 years of experience in program coordination, learning and development, talent management, or related areas • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills for working with employees at all levels of the organization • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Insurance or financial services industry experience is a plus but not required • Strong customer service orientation • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment in handling confidential information • Analytical mindset with ability to measure success and recommend improvements based on data and feedback • English language fluency required • Travel 5+ times per year
