📋 Description

• Prepare and process underwriting documentation accurately and in compliance with company guidelines • Gather required information and supporting documentation from brokers or clients • Enter policy and quote information into internal systems • Monitor and track submissions and renewals for timely follow-up and completion • Respond to internal and external inquiries about underwriting processes and documentation • Maintain organized records and files for underwriting transactions and submissions • Collaborate with underwriting, operations, and customer service teams to resolve data or processing issues

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • 1–2 years of experience in underwriting support, insurance operations, or a similar administrative role • Familiarity with property and casualty insurance processes is preferred • Attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities • Basic knowledge of insurance concepts and underwriting terminology • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Word • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external partners • No specific certification, license, or registration criteria required
