📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of phone and email contact for internal and external contacts • Answer inquiries relating to product information • Resolve customer problems • Cross-train through a broad range of functions • Provide exceptional customer service • Work in a dynamic, fast-paced, results-driven environment • Participate in skills assessment as part of the consideration process

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent • Professional and natural communication style • Aptitude to cross-train through a broad range of functions • Commitment to exceptional service • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, results-driven environment • Professional ethics • Strong listening skills • Advanced Excel proficiency • Detail-oriented approach • Effective time management skills • Prior customer service experience preferred • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills • Ability to multi-task, work independently, and be a self-starter • Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office suite • Strong Excel skills • SAP and MARC experience preferred • Professional written and oral communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Some college preferred but not required
