📋 Description

• Create solutions to prevent customers from becoming further past due and help bring accounts current • Create solutions to cancel or stop vehicle repossession • Handle inbound and outbound customer phone calls • Contact customers who are behind on auto loan payments consistently, efficiently, and lawfully • Work professionally and respectfully with customers to bring and keep accounts current • Keep customer contact information up to date • Use the call model to set promises that help bring accounts current and/or cancel repossessions • Support additional customer service requests • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma • High speed internet connection with a minimum of 15mbps download speed • Previous customer service and/or collection experience in a call center environment (nice to have) • Experience in the finance or automotive industry (nice to have) • Experience demonstrating excellent customer support or persuasive skills (nice to have) • Ability to work the mandatory 5-week virtual training Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm EST, starting on 11/09/2026 • Availability for one of the listed schedules in Eastern Standard Time • Remain compliant with company policies, processes, and legal guidelines • Attendance as required by department
