📋 Description

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with strategic national and local accounts • Deliver quality products, outstanding service, and timely deliveries • Identify and execute solutions to optimize customer packaging needs, enhance product performance, and minimize waste at Georgia-Pacific box plants • Liaise between customers and internal customer service, quality, design, production, accounting, and shipping teams • Maintain communication with national account customers • Visit customers to discuss quality initiatives, gather feedback, and implement actions • Assist with customer item trials • Manage month-end credit reconciliations with customers • Visit Georgia-Pacific facilities for team meetings, sample collection, and distribution as needed • Foster lasting customer partnerships • Support the GP quality team on customer visits to ensure compliance with quality standards • Use Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Dynamics CRM to log activities and manage data • Report to the Area Sales Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in outside sales, account management, supply chain/operations, or related commercial experience • Willing and able to travel up to 60-75% within the assigned territory • Corrugated/packaging and/or outside sales experience preferred • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred • Must successfully pass a drug test where required by state law • Must complete E-Verify employment verification
