📋 Description

• Create solutions to assist customers from becoming further past due and get them current, where possible • Create solutions to assist customers to cancel or stop vehicle repossession • Handle inbound and outbound customer phone calls • Contact customers who are behind on auto loan payments • Work professionally and respectfully with customers to bring and keep accounts current • Keep customer contact information up to date • Set up promises to bring accounts current and/or cancel repossessions based on customer circumstances • Support additional customer service requests • Attend mandatory virtual training and participate in ongoing coaching and development • Perform all other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma • High speed internet connection with a minimum of 15mbps download speed • Previous customer service and/or collection experience in call center environment (nice to have) • Experience in the finance or automotive industry (nice to have) • Experience in any position where you had to demonstrate excellent customer support or persuasive skills (nice to have) • Must remain compliant with company policies, processes, and legal guidelines • Attendance as required by department
