📋 Description

• Champion scalable features and strategies across domains with high business impact • Define and document happy-path diagrams for personas and scenarios • Collaborate with business partners, Product Managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define product requirements and direction • Drive technical innovation and improve software design and architecture • Align technology strategies with business outcomes across company domains • Develop and execute the company’s technical and business strategy with engineering leadership • Incorporate AI strategies and cutting-edge best practices • Perform technical due diligence and architectural assessments of third-party technologies and solutions • Experiment, test ideas, validate assumptions, and recommend solutions • Document standards, best practices, and engineering artifacts • Lead continuous learning and process-improvement activities • Participate in hiring and mentor team members • Lead customer delivery engagements and provide partner support for large-scale solutions and complex issues • Analyze data and analytical capabilities to inform product decisions and measure product-change impact • Manage product development using agile methodologies • Translate between technical and business stakeholders • Identify and resolve technical issues with engineering and relevant teams • Perform other assigned duties and comply with company policies, processes, and legal guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or closely related field, or equivalent work experience • Minimum 8 years of software engineering experience or comparable depth of experience • Experience driving technically sound data solutions supporting business goals • Strong technical background in BI platforms and data warehouses • Ability to assess vendors’ technical capabilities, strengths, weaknesses, and fit for business objectives • Ability to define technology vision, develop roadmaps, and prioritize features based on customer needs and market trends • Ability to collaborate with engineering teams on technical feasibility and best practices • Ability to identify and resolve technical issues and improve serviceability • Experience leading customer delivery engagements or supporting partners for large-scale solutions and complex issues • Ability to analyze data and analytical capabilities to inform product decisions and measure product-change impact • Experience using agile development methodologies • Ability to translate between technical and business stakeholders • Strong understanding of end-to-end BI development • Product planning, roadmapping, and prioritization experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and on cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment • Ability to identify and resolve technical issues • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions • Financial services or FinTech industry experience preferred • Required degrees must be earned at accredited institutions recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent
