📋 Description

• Collaborate with department leaders to provide guidance on financial performance and operational drivers • Enhance financial reporting tools, automation, and processes for increased efficiency • Support quarterly, annual, and medium-term financial commitments through performance management processes, systems, and capabilities • Coordinate regular business reviews • Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual executive financial summaries covering results, risks, and opportunities • Develop standard processes and reporting packages for evaluating business performance across regional Markets • Support the Annual Operating Plan and Quarterly forecasts with tools and analysis • Drive financial analysis of business performance results and key performance drivers • Support business prioritization and strategic decision making • Build relationships across the organization and align FP&A with the business’s growth agenda • Partner with executive leadership and serve as primary business partner for Global Portfolio Solutions, Lease Administration, and SaaS • Report directly to the VP, FP&A

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10+ years of increasingly responsible financial experience in a complex finance organization • Outstanding professional record • Successful track record at a rapidly growing company expanding through M&A, new product introduction, and operational simplification • Experience with P&L accountability within a finance context • Enterprise-level experience preferred • Experience using information technology as it applies to finance to drive performance and productivity enhancements • Proven history of implementing best practices around management reporting systems and processes • History of building relationships at all levels of an organization • Familiarity with real estate and professional services firms preferred but not required • Ability to derive actionable insights from data • Team-based and collaborative work style • Ability to assess a business’s finance organization and talent needs collaboratively • Executive presence with superior listening, communication, and influencing skills
