📋 Description

• Own weekly business reviews for the forward-deployed team, reporting on OKRs such as revenue and pilot-to-conversion performance • Design an AI-powered “second brain” to centralize team know-how • Establish documentation standards and drive accountability for subject-matter owners • Develop internal tools and processes to enable scaling • Support hiring-process scaling through funnel optimization and events • Lead cross-functional projects across product, go-to-market, and operations, including deployment pattern synthesis, verticalization, and AI Agent product SKUs • Seed key initiatives from idea to proof-of-concept, such as verticalization and Agent Academy for customers • Grow the Cresta AI Agent and deployment brand through content and thought leadership, including blog posts, team spotlights, and deployment case studies

🎯 Requirements

• No playbook needed — you figure it out and move • Equally at home developing strategy as building automations • Strong operational background: built playbooks, pipelines, automations, and scaled operational processes • 4–8 years of experience in a high-velocity environment; mix of builder/operator and strategic experience in business operations, strategy & operations, chief of staff, product strategy / operations, or another operator role at a fast-scaling tech company • Exceptional communication, tailored to audiences at different levels • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment • AI-native or Agent-building experience
